Mark Crean

Mark Crean is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Partner and Head of M&A for Australia at Jones Day®, Mark has previously held notable positions including Deputy Senior Partner and Chairman at Herbert Smith Freehills, Group General Counsel at Lend Lease Corporation, and Head of Corporate at Freehills. Additionally, Mark has experience as a Business Development/Acquisition Executive at Channel Four Television. Mark's academic credentials include a Bar degree from the Inns of Court School of Law and an LLB Hons from the University of Leeds.
