Carol Sawyer

Carol joined Jones Edmunds in 2000 and currently serves as a Project Manager in the Solid Waste Department. She has served as Project Engineer and Project Manager on various solid waste projects including rate studies, landfill expansions, facility improvements, Title V assistance, permitting, and construction-phase services. Carol has a background in geotechnical engineering and is also involved in other general civil engineering projects for the purposes of geotechnical investigations, analyses, and data evaluation.
