Tobin McKnight, PE, BCEE began their work experience in 2002 at the University of Florida as a Graduate Research Assistant. From 2005 onwards, they joined Jones Edmunds where they held various roles including Engineer Intern, Project Engineer, Solid Waste Department Manager/Vice President, and currently serves as the Chief Engineer/Vice President.
Tobin McKnight, PE, BCEE completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida in the period between 1996 and 2001. Tobin further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida between 2002 and 2005.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Tobin McKnight has obtained several certifications relevant to their field. In October 2016, they became a Board Certified Environmental Engineer through the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists. In August 2015, they obtained the Certified Manager of Composting Operations certification from SWANA (Solid Waste Association of North America). Furthermore, they acquired the HAZWOPER certification in July 2005.
