Martha Tunglut currently holds the position of Business Development professional at Jones Engineering since November 2023 and serves as a People Operations Specialist at N&K Salon since July 2022, focusing on data organization and people management. Previously, Martha accumulated extensive experience at EY Analytics (Asia-Pacific) from July 2015 to July 2022, working as a Senior Technical Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant, specializing in business analytics through data visualization tools. Martha began a career at TLI Software from January 2013 to May 2015 as a Quality Specialist, ensuring agents delivered quality service aligned with organizational goals. Martha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and completed an Executive Programme in General Management at the Indian School of Business.
