Mohamed Rifky

Mohamed Rifky is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying and engineering with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Jones Engineering since March 2025, Mohamed previously held the position of Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor cum Contract Administrator at Elegancia Contracting & Industries from January 2021 to April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as MEP Quantity Surveyor cum Cost Control Engineer at TAKYEEF Electromechanical W.L.L from March 2016 to December 2020, and as an HVAC Engineer and MEP Engineer at ABANS Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. from January 2014 to February 2016. Mohamed Rifky holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from De Montfort University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SLIATE. Various notable projects handled in Qatar include the Al-Wakarh Energy Center, part of the FIFA Stadium Design & Build contract.
