Louis Tetteh-Lartey

Louis Tetteh-Lartey has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Louis currently holds a position as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Jones Knowles Ritchie, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Partner at OLIVER Agency and Chapter 2, recruiting marketing and design roles across various countries. Louis also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ascential Plc, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and built a centralized marketing structure. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Partner at Sky and as a Resourcing Specialist at Harrods, where they handled full-cycle recruitment for different business units. Louis began their career as a Resourcing Administrator at Marks and Spencer.

Louis Tetteh-Lartey attended Hazel Grove High School from 2002 to 2007. Louis then pursued a BEng degree in Motorsport Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering at the University of Central Lancashire from 2009 to 2012.
