Katie Neglia

Katie Neglia is an experienced professional in the beauty industry, currently serving as the Director of Packaging at Jones Road Beauty since January 2024. With a strong background in packaging design, Katie has held various significant roles, including Senior Packaging Design Manager at TULA Skincare and Senior Manager of Product & Package Development at Birchbox. In addition to this corporate experience, Katie is the Founder of Shift Beauty Consulting, established in May 2016. Katie's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Rutgers University and further studies in design at Parsons School of Design from 2018 to 2020.
