Armando Villarreal

Armando Villarreal serves as the Director of Packaging Development at Rare Beauty since July 2023, following a tenure as Senior Director of Engineering at WWP Beauty from June 2022 to July 2023. Prior to this, Armando held various engineering roles at HCT Group over nearly 15 years, including Director of Engineering, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer. Armando began the professional career as a Mechanical Engineer at New World Associates, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 and briefly worked as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger. Armando gained early experience as an International Intern at Schlumberger in 2003. Armando earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 1999 and 2004.
