Nicole Near

Nicole Near has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beauty industry. Nicole currently holds the position of Senior Product Development Manager at Jones Road Beauty, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Product Development at AS Beauty Group from March 2022 to September 2022. From December 2020 to December 2021, Nicole served as a Product Development Manager at Laura Mercier Cosmetics. Before that, they held the role of Manager of Product Development at Shiseido's Global Makeup Center of Excellence from September 2019 to December 2020. Nicole also has experience working at NARS Cosmetics, where they held various positions, including Associate Manager of Color Marketing and Product Development from August 2017 to September 2019, and Color Marketing and Product Development Coordinator from September 2015 to August 2017. Nicole began their career in the beauty industry as a Product Development Intern at NARS Cosmetics in May 2014.
