Rebecca Lawrence is an experienced professional in Learning and Development and Customer Experience, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Customer Experience at Jones the Grocer since August 2023. Previously, Rebecca held key roles at Grill'd Healthy Burgers, including Organisational Development and Capability Manager - Operations, where major achievements included the creation of role-specific competency frameworks and a nationally consistent internal development program.
