Juliana Santos

Juliana Santos has a diverse work experience in different fields. Juliana started as an intern at Universidade Infantil Rivanda Berenice in 2009 and later worked as an intern at Labore Consultoria em Psicologia do Trabalho from 2010 to 2010. Juliana then worked as a trainee HR consultant at Adapt Consultoria RH in 2011, where they participated in high-volume recruitment and selection processes for a mining company. Later that year, they joined Grupo Mateus as an HR analyst responsible for recruitment and selection for several stores, including conducting interviews and applying psychological tests. Juliana also worked at Target Brasil LTDA for a short period in 2012 as an analyst of driver management. In 2014, they worked as a psychologist responsible for programs in psychosocial factors at SESI - Serviço Social da Indústria and later at Prefeitura Municipal de Paço do Lumiar, where they were charged with assisting vulnerable users of the social care center. From 2021 to 2022, Juliana worked as a freelance translator of literary and journalistic texts before landing a role as a talent acquisition associate at BairesDev from May 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they are an auditor and back-office operations professional with Jones Software, a company that provides insurance operation automation for real estate.

Juliana Santos completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology at the Universidade Federal do Maranhão from 2005 to 2011. In 2020, they began pursuing a post-graduate degree in Translation of the English language at Estácio, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
