Eric LeClair

Eric LeClair has extensive experience in the real estate investment industry. Eric is currently the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Jones Street Investment Partners, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Jones Street Residential from July 2020 to January 2022. Eric also worked as the Vice President of Investments at GFI Partners from January 2018 to April 2020, and as the Vice President - Acquisitions at Redgate Capital Partners from June 2013 to January 2018. Eric's career in real estate began at TA Associates Realty, where they worked in acquisitions from May 2006 to May 2013. Eric started their professional journey as an Analyst at Spaulding & Slye Colliers and JLL in 2003. Overall, Eric LeClair has amassed a wealth of experience and expertise in acquisitions and investments throughout their career.

Eric LeClair attended Thayer Academy from 1994 to 1997, where they completed their high school education. After graduating from Thayer Academy, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1997 to 2001. During their time at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Eric focused on Urban Studies and Economics within the field of study. In 2000, they also had the opportunity to study Architecture and Art History at Syracuse University in Florence for a brief period.
