With an extensive background in the financial industry, Burke has held positions such as Managing Director at NASDAQ OMX, Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, and Chief Operating Officer - Equities at Lehman Brothers. Burke holds a JD degree in Law from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware.
