Inessa Ruffman is currently a Managing Director of Risk Management at JonesTrading since March 2017. Prior to that, Inessa gained experience in electronic trading, risk management and client service at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. In addition, Inessa also worked as a Service Contract Manager/Office Manager at Retail Automation Products, Inc. Inessa holds a BBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College and completed a program at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2019.
