Mason Harris

Mason Harris is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and compliance. Currently serving as Managing Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Webster Bank since January 2023, Mason previously held several key positions at Santander Bank, N.A., including Vice President and Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Governance, and Vice President of Global Corporate Banking, Regulatory Compliance and Governance. Mason's earlier roles include Vice President and Assistant Compliance Officer at Boston Private Bank and Assistant Vice President of Compliance at Randolph Savings Bank. Additional experience encompasses compliance management positions at Navigant Credit Union and First Marblehead Corp, as well as a foundational role at State Street. Mason Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College.
