Dwayne Pedroza

Dwayne Pedroza is an experienced leader with a diverse background in educational program management, coaching, and business operations. Currently serving as Regional Director at Joni and Friends since July 2022, Dwayne focuses on supporting individuals and families impacted by disabilities. Prior to this role, Dwayne spent nearly nine years as the Director of an accelerated educational program at Grand Canyon University, where responsibilities included student recruitment and development. As the former President and Executive Director of LIFE180 Coaching Inc, Dwayne specialized in leadership development and life coaching, while also owning four nutritional stores as President of MLG Group Inc. Dwayne has held various roles, including Regional Manager at Platinum Technology and Senior Account Manager at AT&T Capital Corp, showcasing a strong foundation in sales and financial solutions. Dwayne holds a Doctorate in Divinity/Ministry and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
