Jolien Gorissen has a background in HR consulting and talent development. Starting as an HR Consultant at Monitor HR Consulting, Jolien later moved on to become a Senior HR Consultant at PZ before transitioning to a Talent Development Specialist at Joos Consulting within the United Consulting group.
