Steven Bladeni has extensive work experience in product management, strategy, and innovation. Steven is currently serving as the Head of Product for Jora, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to Jora, they worked at REA Group as the Head of Product for Financial Services from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, they worked as a Product Management Lecturer at RMIT Online and as the Head of Innovation Labs at Kmart Australia Limited. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Director of Product and Chief Operating Officer at Sports Performance Tracking. In 1999, they obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In 2014, they completed the Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA) program at Scaled Agile Academy, specializing in Digital Delivery. Additionally, they earned a Diploma of Management from Swinburne University of Technology in 2010 and received education in Organizational Leadership from FranklinCovey Education Brasil in 2009. Steven also holds certifications like Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google and is an Affiliate of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
