Bailey Phares

Bailey Phares is an experienced educator and professional, currently serving as a 4th Grade Elementary Teacher at Bondurant-Farrar Community School District since 2016. In this role, Bailey plans and delivers instructional activities, establishes clear learning objectives, and utilizes various instructional resources to meet the diverse needs of students. Additionally, Bailey has been involved with Iowa CareGivers since February 2014, working as a Data Analyst and Program Management Assistant, and serving as a Writing Center Tutor at Grand View University since January 2014, assisting students with writing projects. Previous work experience includes roles at Village Inn and Pleasant Hill Diner as a waitress, and as a teacher at Altoona Kids World, where Bailey focused on early childhood education. Bailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Grand View University, obtained in 2016.
