Ahmad Abu Rumman started their work experience in 2004 as a broadcast engineer at JORDAN TELECOM Company. Ahmad worked in the End User Support Section, providing hardware maintenance and software support. In 2005, they moved to Jordan media city (arab radio and tv) as a broadcast engineer, where they worked in the main control room as a transmission engineer. Ahmad gained experience in using AUTOMATION Pebble Beach playout, ingest, and archive software. In 2008, they joined Aljmaherya 2 (Libya) as a system administrator and support engineer. Ahmad worked there until 2011 when they joined ONIX computer as an outsource system administrator. In this role, they supported servers in multiple customer companies, including Nuqul Automotive. Ahmad managed virtual machine settings, configured Hyper-V, and handled group policy configuration. Since 2012, they have been working as a safety engineer at Jordan Aviation.

Ahmad Abu Rumman attended Mutah University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. During their time at Mutah University, Ahmad studied Computer Engineering. Ahmad also obtained certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) from Cisco in May 2016, and MCITP Server Administrator R2 from Microsoft.
