Faisal Nuimat has a diverse range of work experience in the banking industry. Faisal began their career at Arab Bank in 1993, where they worked in various roles including senior corporate services and customer service. After their time at Arab Bank, Faisal joined Capital Bank of Jordan in 2007 as a trade finance supervisor. Faisal then moved on to Cairo Amman Bank in 2009, where they held the positions of section head for LCs issuance and bills for collection, and section head for LCs documents checking and settlement. Most recently, Faisal has been working at Jordan Commercial Bank since 2016 as the trade and foreign operations department manager. Faisal has also acquired EBRD TFP certificates to further enhance their skills in trade finance.

Faisal Nuimat has a diverse education history. Faisal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Jordan in 1989. Following that, they pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Business Law, specifically focusing on International Trade and Letters of Credit, from the University of Jordan between 1997 and 2000. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a diploma from the EBRD's e-learning program in the field of Trade Finance through the Trade Facilitation Programme. Additionally, Faisal Nuimat completed their secondary education in the Scientific stream with a Tawjihi degree.
