Roba Naji has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Roba started their career at JKB Communications as a System Analyst in 1996 and stayed with the company until 2007. In 1996, they also joined Jordan Kuwait Bank as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2008. Roba then moved on to Cairo Amman Bank, where they held multiple roles, including Business Analyst and Senior Project Manager from 2008 to 2016. During their tenure at Cairo Amman Bank, they also served as a Program Manager from 2014 to 2015 and as the Head of EPMO from 2015 to 2016. In 2015, they worked at SAFA Bank in Palestine as a Program Manager for implementing a new core banking system. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Software Development, e-channels- pmo-core banking systems at Jordan Commercial Bank since 2016.
Roba Naji attended The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences from 2007 to 2008. Roba pursued a Masters degree in Information Technology during this period.
