Global Director of Warehousing and Logistics at Jordan Manufacturing

Brock Scheller has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brock is currently serving as the Global Director of Warehousing and Logistics at Jordan Manufacturing, a position they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Manager of Warehousing and Logistics at the same company from August 2021 to May 2022, where they were responsible for designing and implementing supply chain management strategies and ensuring on-time delivery and inventory accountability.

Before joining Jordan Manufacturing, Brock had a long and successful career in the United States Marine Corps. Brock served as a Logistics Officer from February 1999 to August 2021, where they developed strategies for supply chain management, transportation, and maintenance in complex operating environments. Brock led and mentored diverse groups ranging from 20 to over 500 personnel and developed operational plans for over 10,000 personnel.

Brock also worked as a Logistics Analyst/Planner at U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) from July 2020 to July 2021. In this role, they developed logistical infrastructures and provided input to strategic guidance and steering documents.

Prior to their service in MARSOC, Brock served in various roles at Combat Logistics Battalion 24 from June 2018 to July 2020, where they integrated functional leadership related to supply chain, distribution, safety, and human resources. Brock also served at Marine Wing Support Squadron 272 from June 2016 to July 2018, simultaneously fulfilling three roles and increasing the organization's performance.

Earlier in their career, Brock was an Associate Professor at the University of Missouri Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps from June 2012 to July 2015, where they were responsible for the development and success of students. Brock also worked at 1st Marine Regiment as an Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor from May 2009 to June 2012, improving logistical infrastructure to support combat operations.

Before their military career, Brock started as a Package Handler at UPS from June 1998 to February 1999.

Overall, Brock Scheller has a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with extensive experience in both private and military sectors.

Brock Scheller completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Purdue University between 2004 and 2008. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Columbia College, which they completed in 2015. Following this, from 2015 to 2016, they attended Marine Corps University, where they obtained a degree in Expeditionary Warfare School with a field of study in Operational Planning and Integration.
