Austin Joseph Conway

Austin Joseph Conway is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Zaytinya by José Andrés and part of the José Andrés Group since June 2023. Previously, Austin held the position of General Manager at Mamey, part of THesis Hotel Miami, from October 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that, Austin worked with The Genuine Hospitality Group as Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager from July 2019 to August 2022. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College, completing studies at the latter in 2019.
