Jan Rother

Jan Rother has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of AI (Interim-Management) at Witt-Gruppe, a member of the Otto Group. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Business Intelligence at Ranger Marketing & Vertriebs GmbH from January 2021 to February 2023. Before that, they worked at VICO Research & Consulting GmbH, where they held the positions of Senior Consultant from July 2019 to December 2020 and Sales Consultant from March 2016 to June 2019. Additionally, Jan has experience as a Dozent at HMKW Hochschule für Medien, Kommunikation und Wirtschaft from February 2018 to May 2020, and as a Berater at Claudia Kirsch Unternehmensberatung from September 2013 to December 2018. Jan also worked as a Psychologe at MIQR from March 2014 to October 2014.

Jan Rother completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Psychology at the University of Koblenz and Landau from 2014 to 2016.
