Amanda Oakley

Amanda Oakley is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, engagement, policy implementation, performance management, and employee benefits. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation since May 2022, Amanda previously held roles such as Human Resources Advisor at Niagara Casinos and provided additional support during the Covid-19 pandemic at Joseph Brant Hospital. Amanda's career began at La Senza as an Assistant Manager, followed by various Human Resources positions where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment, employee and labor relations, health and safety, and compensation. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Joint Honours in Neuroscience and Biochemistry from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
