Dwayne DiPasquale serves as the Manager of Database & Analytics at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation since September 2022, overseeing database management, gift processing, reporting, analytics, and data integrity. Previously, as Director of Development from February 2020 to May 2022 within the same organization, Dwayne revitalized the annual fund program and spearheaded various fundraising initiatives, achieving significant increases in donor engagement and revenue. Dwayne's extensive experience includes roles as Director of Advancement at Mackenzie Health Foundation, where Dwayne revitalized a declining annual fund, and as Director of Annual Giving at St. Michael's Hospital Foundation, focusing on a strategic annual fund program. Prior experiences encompass Director of Annual Giving & Special Events at North York General Hospital and various marketing roles at GROLIER LIMITED, L & L Creative, INSIGHT PRESS, and CCH CANADA. Dwayne holds educational qualifications from Niagara College, Port Colborne High School, and Our Lady of Good Counsel.

Compassionate Care. Exemplary Service. Every Time. Opened on February 1,1961, Joseph Brant Hospital was erected on land owned by its namesake, Thyandenegea (Joseph Brant). Joseph Brant Hospital (JBH) is a full-service community teaching hospital located in the growing and thriving community of Burlington, Ontario. The hospital serves residents from Burlington and surrounding cities of Hamilton, Waterdown, Flamborough, Milton and Stoney Creek. JBH is one of Hamilton Niagara’s Top Employers for seven consecutive years, with a skilled staff of 194 physicians, 852 nurses, 2,062 full- and part-time staff and more than 200 volunteers. JBH is a Clinical Education site in conjunction with McMaster University, and designated as an Academic Community Teaching Hospital. Its expanded campus, including the state-of-art Michael Lee-Chin & Family Patient Tower, features an Emergency Department, 295 funded inpatient beds, and 9 Operating Rooms. JBH is also a partner member of the Burlington Ontario Health Team.
