Paul Thomann

Paul Thomann is an experienced product manager currently with Joseph Brot since September 2020, where responsibilities include managing communication across various departments, overseeing product planning and supplier management, and conducting quality controls. Previously, Paul held roles such as co-owner at brösl and shop manager at both Lingenhel GmbH and Joseph Brot, where operational management and team leadership were key. Additional experience includes digital marketing management at Ottakringer Brauerei, where social media strategies and content development were executed, and co-founding Aeijst GmbH, focusing on marketing and sales initiatives. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Marketing- & Salesmanagement and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, alongside certification as a Weinsommelier Österreich from WIFI Wien.
