Controls Engineering Manager at Joseph Machine Company

Albert A. has worked in the electrical engineering field since 2003. Albert began their career as an Electronic Technician at RT Grim Electronics, where they were the lead technician for automotive electrical systems, responsible for installing and troubleshooting remote starting and keyless entry systems, as well as other various automotive electronics. In 2010, they joined Joseph Machine Company as a Control Systems Engineer, where they designed large-scale electrical equipment and machinery for use in manufacturing, developed new concepts for dedicated applications, and supervised all phases of controls designs and implementation for the company’s multiple machine lines. Albert was later promoted to Lead Control Systems Engineer, and then to Director, Controls & Software Engineering. In 2020, Albert A. began working as an Independent Contractor, designing, developing, and supervising all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery. Albert is able to analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations supporting design, including electrical requirements, robotic safety standards, PLC, and servo controls.

Albert A. attended Penn State University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, they attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an Associates in Electronic Engineering Technology. Albert A. also holds the UL508A certification.
