Rick Hickoff has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1990. Rick began their career at Joseph Machine Company, Inc. as a Machine Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing custom Machining Centers for PVC, Wood, and Aluminum related to the Window, Door & industry. In 2001, they moved to SRD Design Corporation as V.P. Manufacturing/Partner/Owner, where they directed and oversaw daily Manufacturing Operations and designed & developed equipment for the Fenestration Industry. In 2012, they joined Wagman Metal Products Inc. as an Industrial Maintenance Engineer, where they implemented and directed Machinery installation and maintenance, upgraded and organized component file library utilizing Solidworks, and performed Torque, Sheer, Pull testing and analysis per customer specifications and compliance. In 2013, they began working at Graham Architectural Products as a Production Tooling Supervisor, where they had Window, Extrusion & Fabrication design experience, Machine, Tool & Die design experience, and Project Management Experience. In 2018, they returned to Joseph Machine Company, Inc. as a Project Manager.
Rick Hickoff attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a degree in Industrial Technology with a focus in Graphic Design.
