Roopak Manchanda

Roopak Manchanda serves as a portfolio CIO for the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center and has been a member of the senior leadership team for several Community Health Centers nationally. Given his extensive hands-on experience with all the major community-based healthcare organization technologies, he provides strategic advisory and leadership on client engagements to ensure these organizations leverage technology to continually improve provider and patient experience.

Mr. Manchanda has also served as the CIO of several national Primary Care Associations. Prior to founding BlueNovo, his more than 20 years of technology experience include product management for a Radiation Oncology scheduling and optimization system and the co-development of 1st and 2nd generation EHRs for longitudinal tracking of research participants at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Baltimore VA Medical Center.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated from the Laboratory of Healthcare Informatics (LHI) and the Department of Information Systems at the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Master of Information Systems. He is Adjunct Faculty at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
