Matthew Henson's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Sales Associate at La maison Simons. In 2010, they transitioned to Groupe Dynamite where they served as an Import Clerk and later as a Fabric Coordinator until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Matthew worked at Groupe Yellow Inc. as an Assistant to the Buying Department and later as an Assistant Buyer. Following this, they joined Britalia (2009) Inc. as a Sales Agent from 2015 to 2018. Matthew's most recent position is with Joseph Ribkoff Inc. where they have held various roles, starting as a Trim Buyer in 2018. Matthew then progressed to become a Trim Buyer Supervisor in 2021 and currently serves as a Business Intelligence Analyst since 2022.

Matthew Henson completed their post-secondary education from 2006 to 2009 at College Lasalle where they obtained a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Fashion Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Matthew also obtained a series of certifications. In May 2020, they completed "The Business Intelligence Analyst Course" from Udemy. In February 2021, they obtained a certification in "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" from Udemy. Most recently, in March 2022, they completed "App in a Day" from Faction A - Intelligent Analytics.
