Phillip DelMonti has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Joseph's Gourmet Pasta since May 2018, following a role as Director of Operations. Prior experience includes directing operations at New England Confectionery Company, Inc. (Necco) from October 2014 to May 2018, where Phillip led corporate process improvement initiatives. Phillip has also held various managerial positions at Nestlé USA, focusing on day-to-day operations and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. Phillip holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Kent State University, completed in 2005.
