Erica Kale

Erica Kale currently serves as Vice President of Ecommerce at Josie Maran, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at NEST New York from April 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities encompassed Senior Director of Ecommerce & CRM, Director of Ecommerce, and Senior Manager of Ecommerce. At Unilever from November 2016 to May 2018, Erica was an Associate Brand Manager focused on Dove Masterbrand Digital, implementing a CRM strategy and improving SEM and SEO practices in the Skin Cleansing category. Additional experience at Avon from July 2012 to November 2016 included Associate Manager of Digital Marketing, recognized for achieving Return On Ad Spend goals, and as a Sales & Marketing Integration Planner who significantly boosted revenue for the Avon Fund-raising Program. Earlier, Erica worked as a Marketing Assistant at MediaRadar, Inc. from November 2010 to July 2012, managing promotional initiatives and overseeing intern performance.
