Mike Lackey

Mike Lackey is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and civil engineering. Currently serving in this role at Joslin Construction since February 2022, Mike previously held the same position at Cervantez Construction, LLC. from August 2021 to March 2022, as well as at Knife River Corporation from December 2016 to August 2021. Responsibilities throughout these roles have included managing construction operations, performing cost controls, scheduling, estimating, change management, and procurement. Mike Lackey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
