Jonathan Dreyfuss has worked in various roles in the field of bioinformatics and biostatistics. Jonathan started their career at Harvard Partners Center for Genetics and Genomics as a Bioinformatics Analyst/Software Engineer from July 2006 to July 2009. In November 2013, they joined Boston University as a Research Scientist until June 2017. During this time, they also worked at the Joslin Diabetes Center, first as a Bioinformatics/Systems Biology Core Coordinator from November 2013 to June 2017, then as an Associate Director of the Bioinformatics & Biostatistics Core from July 2017 to October 2019. Since November 2019, they have been working at the Joslin Diabetes Center as the Director of the Bioinformatics & Biostatistics Core. Additionally, they are currently an Instructor at Harvard Medical School since November 2019.
Jonathan Dreyfuss received a BA degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from McGill University in 2004. Jonathan then pursued an MS degree in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they obtained a PhD in Bioinformatics from Boston University between 2009 and 2013.
