T. Keith Blackwell

T. Keith Blackwell has extensive work experience in the field of genetics and diabetes research. T. Keith started their career in 2004 at the Joslin Diabetes Center, where they held various positions including Investigator, Section Head, and Associate Research Director. In 2008, they joined the Harvard Medical School as a Professor of Genetics. Throughout their career, Blackwell has made significant contributions to the field of genetics and diabetes research.

T. Keith Blackwell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Duke University in 1978. T. Keith continued their education at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1987. Blackwell further pursued their studies at Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, specializing in Microbiology and Immunology, and received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in 1988.
