Will Gallaher

Will Gallaher has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to prospect management, research, and development fundraising. Their most recent position was as the Director of Prospect Management and Research at Joslin Diabetes Center since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Wheaton College Massachusetts for 8 years, where they served as the Director of Advancement Information Systems and later as the Director of Prospect Management and Research. Will also worked at the University of Maine as the Director of Prospect Research and at Marist College as the Director of Development Research/Writing. Earlier in their career, they held a leadership role at Princeton University as the Associate Director of the University Center for Human Values. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing teams, analyzing data, developing solicitation strategies, and overseeing research delivery for fundraising activities.

Will Gallaher obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from Princeton University in 1992. Will then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Technology Management at Marist College from 2006 to 2008.
