Heather Middleton

Heather Middleton, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager at JOST International since July 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Woodward, Inc. from June 2013 to July 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Sr. Human Resource Admin and Administrative Assistant. Prior to that, Heather worked as an Administrative Assistant at Kapnick Insurance Group from September 1997 to December 2010, focusing on customer service, telecommunication, premium calculations, and record maintenance. Educationally, Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Eastern Michigan University, completed between 1997 and 2004, with additional studies at Adrian College from 2000 to 2001.
