Mallory Rodgers

Mallory Rodgers has extensive experience in human resources and event management, currently serving as the Manager of Commercial HR Chief of Staff at Capital One since April 2019. With a progressive career at Capital One, Mallory has also held roles such as Manager of Commercial HR Talent and Horizontal Strategy, and Manager of Events Team Lead for Students and Grads Recruiting. Previous experience includes positions as a Business Consultant and Customer Care Advocate at Honeywell, and as a Campus Representative for American Eagle Outfitters. Mallory also gained early HR experience as an HR Business Partner Intern at Freddie Mac and worked as an Assistant Event Planner with Events with Panache. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from James Madison University.
