Jason Masternak

Jason Masternak is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and production management with extensive experience at JOST International, where Jason currently serves as Regional Director of Human Resources and previously held the role of Production Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Production Manager and Assembly Manager at Pridgeon & Clay and Trans-Matic Mfg. Co., as well as various roles in production supervision and planning at other firms such as Continental Carbonic. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology Management with a concentration in Production and Manufacturing from Central Michigan University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
