Walter Merritt

Walter Merritt is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Superintendent at Jostin Construction since November 2023. Previously, Walter held the position of Lead Superintendent at HILLS Properties from August 2020 to October 2023, where notable achievements included the completion of the Greyson on 27 project in Lexington, KY, as well as significant structural work for the Graphite Oakley project. Walter has a diverse background, having worked as a Project Superintendent for Milhaus and TWG Development, LLC, and as a Superintendent/Project Manager/Estimator for Empire Building Company. Early career experience includes roles at Bovis Lend Lease, Warm Brothers Construction, and Hamilton County MSD. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and an Associate of Science in Construction Management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
