Sean Gowing

Sean Gowing is an accomplished technology and strategy executive with significant expertise in information security. Currently serving as the VP of Strategy & Technology at Jot Digital Inc. and as the Chief Executive Officer of Daturic since November 2020, Sean also holds the role of Chief Information Security Officer at StellarAlgo, where efforts are focused on achieving ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certifications. Previous experience includes co-founding and managing Keep Secure until its acquisition, and serving as CISO at Symend, where achievements included guiding the company through critical security requirements. Sean's career also features roles at Mawer Investment Management, Cenovus Energy, and Husky Energy, building a robust foundation in information security and IT management. Education was achieved at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
