Jotto is on a mission to include every voice when making important decisions.

We make it easy, safe and convenient for people to share their opinions - providing organizations with higher quality data from a more diverse group of people. We transform this feedback into visualizations, summaries and recommendations that help organizations decide better. Our technology increases response rates substantially over methods like form based surveys, live forums or scraping social media.

People simply answer a question with video, voice or text by scanning a code or clicking a link. Our AI reports instantly make sense of their contributions.

There is no registration, nothing to install, and people can share their feedback whenever and wherever they happen to be.

Jotto customers include:
• Municipalities who want to better understand their residents wants, needs or wishes
• Event planners invested in improving their attendees’ experiences
• Hospitality professionals interested in taking the best care of their guests
• Companies who want to learn first hand from their customers, or employees
• Researchers interested in including more diverse viewpoints

We will double your current response rates and our pricing backs this up.

Check out our event sponsorship program. It's a great way to experience Jotto first hand. We craft a customized activation to collect attendee feedback before, during and after your event and then provide you an AI summary with recommendations. This includes unlimited use of our engaging interactive word cloud, a dynamic crowd pleaser that is easily activated on any digital screen.
