Tony McCormack

Tony McCormack is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and R&D. As the Founder and CEO of Joulica since July 2016, Tony focuses on innovative solutions for a global customer base, particularly in scalable, real-time applications. Prior to Joulica, Tony served as the Research and Development Director at Avaya, leading the development of the Next Generation Customer Experience Platform. Notably, Tony was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Nortel Networks for a decade, where achievements included being named one of the Top 50 Global Innovators and overseeing core contact center platforms. Career beginnings included positions as Development Manager at Orbis Information Systems and Project Leader at Tensor Technologies. Tony holds a PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick.
