Rachel Biblow is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Associate Editor for the Journal of Patient Experience and as Principal at Reviva LLC. With a focus on improving healthcare organization performance through innovation and leadership development, Rachel has worked with various stakeholders, including healthcare delivery entities and government organizations. Previously, Rachel held roles such as Chief of Staff & Experience Officer at ChenMed and Senior Vice President at Press Ganey, where strategic vision and implementation of professional services models were key responsibilities.
