Natalia Castillo McAdam has a background in Psychology from Universidad de Iberoamérica. Natalia has held various roles in Human Resources, starting as a Responsible for Recruitment and Selection at DO Gestión de Talento and progressing to roles such as HR Process Lead at The Coca-Cola Company and Human Resources Business Partner at Gensler Latinoamérica. Currently, Natalia holds the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Journey, where Natalia has built the HR Department and provides consultation services to leadership and department heads. Throughout their career, Natalia has focused on recruitment, employee relations, and implementing HR procedures in alignment with company goals and local laws.
