Greg Dooley

Greg Dooley is an experienced finance leader currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Growth Initiatives and Vice President Finance for Latin America at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since January 2019, overseeing all finance activities in the region and collaborating with leadership teams to develop business strategies. Dooley also holds board positions at Journey Biosciences, Inc., and Beyond Type 1, contributing to innovative solutions in biotechnology and diabetes management. Additionally, as Co-Founder and CFO of Estrela Consulting, guidance is provided to families navigating college applications. Previously, Dooley has held various leadership roles within Goodyear, including Finance Director positions in Mexico and Argentina, and was instrumental in corporate financial planning and analysis efforts. A graduate of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University with an MBA in Finance, and Hiram College, where a BA in Management and Economics was obtained, Dooley combines extensive industry experience with strong educational credentials.
