Andy Groggel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, wellness, and program management. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Radical Love Enterprises since 2011, Groggel focuses on facilitating personal growth through spiritual retreats and self-development resources. Previous roles include serving as the Senior Director of Health and Healing at Canyon Ranch, where strategic vision and operational management were key responsibilities, and as a District Operations Manager at One Medical, overseeing multiple wellness centers. Groggel's background also includes program coordination at Kids' Food Basket, social media marketing, and leadership in educational settings. Groggel holds a Master of Arts in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from Albion College.
