Brian Deboer

Brian DeBoer, CET, is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience in technical sales and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Abandonment & Well Servicing Coordinator at Journey Energy Inc. since October 2022, Brian previously held positions at LUFKIN INDUSTRIES and Baker Hughes as a Technical Sales Specialist. Additional experience includes roles at Spectrum Wireline, Blue Spark Energy Inc., and Centrica Energy, where Brian focused on production engineering and optimization for conventional and unconventional oil and gas fields. Brian’s early career included positions as a Completions Technologist and Production Technologist at Trident Exploration and a Swamper at United Pipeline Systems. Brian is equipped with a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Petroleum Engineering Technology Diploma, both obtained from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
